Raven Solutions, LLC is located in the Denver area, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t help you out with a Mac issue wherever you may be!
Through the use of our special Mac HelpMate software, you can request assistance from one of our consultants wherever you are. We can control your computer (at your request), run diagnostics, do troubleshooting, and make sure your system is operating efficiently.
Our consultants can provide training for you! Even if you’re hundreds of miles away from an Apple Store, we can do one-on-one training in your own home on your own schedule.
To set up a remote support appointment, click the Call Me button at right. We will respond as quickly as possible with a time and name of the consultant who will be calling you. At the appointed time, call the consultant at the number supplied to you, then click the following link:

Our charge for remote support is $70 per hour, with our time charged by the minute.
