Our highly skilled consultants can provide a lot of help to customers in need through use of our remote support solutions. But if you need hands-on help, our staff can work with you at your home or office to resolve issues, install new systems, or perform upgrades.

We are located in the Denver / Boulder area, but we can provide onsite support in other locations within the state of Colorado as well.

RATE STRUCTURE

Our rate structure varies depending on three factors:

  • The consultant performing the work
  • The work location (business or home)
  • The distance from our consultant’s office

Generally speaking, our rates range from a low of $60 per hour for local home consulting to a high of $140 per hour plus mileage for business consulting performed at a client’s office away from our normal service area.
